COVID-19 has impacted on the way we run That Dog Shop - 

Dispatch times: 

Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to be made.  Orders are usually completed sooner but when ordering, please allow plenty of time in case of unforeseen circumstances.  

Postage: 

Once your order is shipped, please allow at least 3 weeks for your order to arrive.  Of course, in some cases your order will arrive much sooner but unfortunately due to the high volume of parcels being processed by Australia Post at the moment, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates. We'd love for all parcels to arrive within a few days but it's not something we have any control over. 

We highly recommend selecting Express Post as these parcels are generally arriving much quicker!
